Therapist in Salt Lake City and online across Utah and Idaho
Therapy that helps you find steady ground.
I work with teens and adults who are experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, and grief, supporting you to regain your footing and build resilience that feels real and sustainable.
I am currently accepting new clients.
You might be here because…
You feel stuck — in a job, a relationship, a role, or a repeating pattern.
You don’t know yourself very well (or like yourself very much).
You’ve had a big life change and aren’t sure how to get through it.
You’re used to showing up for everyone else, but not for yourself.
You feel disconnected or alone in your experience.
You know what to do — and still can’t do it.
If any of this sounds familiar — you're in the right place.
Meet Emily
I’m a therapist who is also a human. My work in this world is to hold space for connection — you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Therapy with Emily
I believe healing happens in relationships — with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Humans have immense, innate capacity for growth, change, and resilience in the face of challenge when we feel seen, heard, and aligned with our values and connected with people, plants, and place.
Sessions with me are collaborative, supportive, and relaxed. We take time to build a human-to-human connection — there’s no rush. Clients often say they feel relieved after the first session to finally put down some of the load they’ve been carrying.
Over time, you may experience more stability, more resilience, more capacity to feel through the hard things and come out both stronger and softer on the other side. Progress isn’t always obvious, but we often pause to look back at the ground you’ve already covered and celebrate what got you here.
